  • Individual Coaching

    Individual coaching is a space to make sense of your story, explore where you feel stuck, and move toward greater clarity and growth. Drawing from trauma-informed coaching, pastoral counseling, spiritual direction, and personal development, our work is tailored to you—especially in seasons of transition, difficulty, healing, or growth.

    Sessions are 60 minutes and offered via Zoom.
    I currently have immediate availability for weekly or bi-monthly clients.

  • Story Groups

    Story Groups are places of immense healing from past harm. Each participant will write and share a story of harm with a group of 4-7 people in order to process that story’s impact on the past, present, and future. Story Groups involve some preparation outside the group and require strict commitment and confidentiality.

  • Wilderness Retreats

    Do you feel like you are burning out but you’re not ready for individual coaching? Have you tried traditional therapy but you’re looking for something different to get you out of a rut? Join us for a weekend Wilderness Story Retreat with excellent food and drink, outdoor adventures, and an introduction to coaching with 6-8 other men. Locations and activities vary. These retreats are ope to men only at this time.
