Coaching Practice Pathway
An 8-week coaching pathway for coaches who are ready to turn their training into a sustainable coaching practice.
Learning how to coach and learning how to build a coaching business are two different things.
You may have the training, tools, and a desire to work with people, but still find yourself wondering: Who exactly do I want to coach? What should I charge? What does my website need to say? How do I find clients? What systems do I need? How should I handle consultations, scheduling, billing, notes, and taxes?
The Coaching Practice Pathway is designed to help you answer those questions and actually build the practice as we go.
Over eight weekly sessions, we'll focus on three areas:
Positioning
Get clear about what you're building.
We'll clarify your vision, who you want to serve, the problems you want to help address, your offer, rates, and how to talk about your work. We'll turn that clarity into practical language you can use for your website, bio, and conversations about your coaching.
Processes
Build the business behind the coaching.
We'll identify the essential systems your practice needs—from scheduling, billing, bookkeeping, and accounting to client onboarding, marketing, referrals, and your professional support team. The goal isn't to make things complicated. It's to create simple, repeatable systems so you can spend more of your energy coaching.
Practices
Develop how you actually do the work.
We'll think through consultations, first sessions, ongoing client work, note-taking, boundaries, referrals, and the tools and frameworks you want in your coaching toolkit. We'll also identify the support and continued development you need to keep becoming a better coach.
You'll leave with more than ideas.
Throughout the eight weeks, you'll build your own Coaching Practice Manual—a practical playbook for how your practice works.
Depending on your needs, it may include your positioning and ideal client, offers and rates, website messaging, business systems, client journey, marketing and referral plan, coaching toolkit, support team, and next steps for growing the practice.
Six sessions cover the core framework, with two additional sessions built in to go deeper where you need it most.
8 weekly coaching sessions — $1,600
If you know how to coach but aren't quite sure how to turn that training into a practice, this is designed to help you hang your shingle—and build something you can sustain.
